Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders from Maha LATIF are prepared and packed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Cold-Chain Packaging
Seafood is packed with insulated packaging and gel packs where required to protect it during transit. Please refrigerate, freeze or store your order as directed on arrival, following any handling instructions included with the parcel.
Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote or regional addresses may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, courier volumes or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and the delivery address. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase, with no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us and we will check the status for you.
Delays
If your delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed and work with the courier to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change an address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Delivery Issues
If a parcel arrives damaged or the seafood is not in a safe condition, contact us immediately with photographs of the parcel and product. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
